About Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program
How We Work With Kids
I don’t just hand out belts for showing up. My Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program is all about real skills and actual progress. I want your child to walk away with practical self-defense moves, not just a colored belt. Here, every lesson is broken down so kids can really understand what they’re doing and why.
What Kids Actually Learn
- Self-defense that makes sense outside the gym.
- The basics of grappling and positional control, both in Gi and No-Gi.
- Confidence, better coordination, and sharper thinking - not just on the mat but everywhere.
The Class Vibe
Kids work hard, but it’s not all serious.
- I start with dynamic warm-ups: running, agility drills, simple movements.
- We use games to teach core ideas and keep things fun - learning should feel like play.
- Every session includes technique practice and controlled sparring ('rolling') with partners their own size.
Who’s It For?
If your kid is between 4 and 12, this is their zone. Doesn’t matter if they’re shy, super active, or somewhere in the middle. All are welcome.
What Really Matters
It’s not about collecting belts. It’s about your kid building real confidence and resilience by earning every step, just like they’ll have to do outside the gym. The rest? Honestly, that’s just noise.

My Story
Hey, I'm Rohit, and this is IJJ. Ten years back, convincing friends to try Jiu-Jitsu was a struggle. Now, we’re hosting seminars with legends, and our mats are buzzing with energy. We built a place where you earn every belt, every stripe. No shortcuts. Our squad is tight—Strong Saturday Squad, people who show up, grind, push each other. I’m proudest of our community, not just medals. This is real Jiu-Jitsu, the way it should be.
