If you see our netball or kabaddi squads bringing home silver and bronze, know that it started with the exact same agility drills and intense conditioning we put into our daily batches. Every player you see here followed the same training path that is open to you today.
It is one thing to run drills and another to compete. At Unique Sports Academy, we focus on the transition from practice to performance. Whether it is netball, kabaddi, or athletics, our students frequently represent Bengaluru Urban and Karnataka at the state and national levels, including events like the Netball National Games in Uttarakhand and the South Zone Championships.
We believe the only way to test your skills is to compete. Our training regimen at the Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex covers more than just technique. We work on the mental toughness required to stay calm when it is the final minute of a championship match.
The Path to Selection
We do not hide our athletes away. We organize local tournaments and actively select top performers for district, state, and national representation. It begins with discipline in our regular coaching batches. From there, dedicated players are identified for travel and tournament participation, where we handle logistics like travel, shared stays, and entry fees. From sub-junior championships to senior state games, our cabinet is growing because our students simply refuse to give up.
