Achieving a full split takes more than basic stretching. We combine martial arts discipline with active flexibility routines to help you unlock your range of motion, whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your practice.

The path to a full split requires trust and expert guidance. In our flexibility training sessions, we provide hands-on assistance to both kids and adults, ensuring they stretch safely and effectively to reach their goals.

The journey begins with the fundamentals. Here, two of our young students in a new Bangalore batch work on their hamstring and hip flexibility with wide-legged forward folds, building the foundation for more advanced splits.

About Flexibility & Splits Training

Unlike standard gym stretching, we use hands-on manual adjustments in our small-batch sessions. This means I personally guide you through deep stretches like straddle or front splits, ensuring your form is safe while pushing your muscles to recover and lengthen properly.
