The path to a full split requires trust and expert guidance. In our flexibility training sessions, we provide hands-on assistance to both kids and adults, ensuring they stretch safely and effectively to reach their goals.

The journey begins with the fundamentals. Here, two of our young students in a new Bangalore batch work on their hamstring and hip flexibility with wide-legged forward folds, building the foundation for more advanced splits.

About Flexibility & Splits Training
Unlike standard gym stretching, we use hands-on manual adjustments in our small-batch sessions. This means I personally guide you through deep stretches like straddle or front splits, ensuring your form is safe while pushing your muscles to recover and lengthen properly.
The Martial Yogi Approach to Mobility
Flexibility is not just about how far you can bend, but about maintaining strength while you do it. In our classes, we move away from the passive stretching often seen in conventional fitness studios. Instead, we use a technique rooted in Kung Fu warm-up drills to build heat in the muscles before we start the deep work.
Why Small Batch Training Matters
We limit our advanced mobility sessions to under 10 students. This size allows for focused instruction where I can provide active spotting for inversions or manual assistance for your splits. If you are struggling with a specific range of motion, we address the root cause with core conditioning, not just by forcing a stretch.

- Targeted Flexibility: We focus on hip openers like Pigeon variations and hamstring lengthening for full splits.
- Structural Support: We use core strength drills derived from martial arts to protect your spine during backbends.
