About Advanced Yoga Asanas
In our advanced sessions, we move away from simple flows and focus on manual adjustments to safely master inversions like Sirshasana and Pincha Mayurasana. We use specific martial arts conditioning to build the core stability you need for deep backbends, rather than just relying on passive stretching.
Mastery takes time and structure. In our advanced classes across Mysore and Bangalore, we do not just hold poses; we break down the mechanics of every movement. Whether you are in Gokulam or JP Nagar, the focus remains on building the strength required for complex asanas.
We use a 'Martial Yogi' approach. This means your yoga practice is supported by the same conditioning we use for Kung Fu. If you are struggling with a handstand or a deep cobra pose, we do not just ask you to try harder. We look at your shoulder mobility, core engagement, and balance. We provide hands-on manual adjustments in our small-batch sessions to help you safely get into and hold deep stretches. This safety-first approach is crucial, especially when working on hard surfaces like tile or wood in our local centers.
Progress is documented, not guessed. We use photo and video analysis to help you see exactly where your form needs correction. This is not for everyone; it is for those who are ready to treat their training with the same respect as a martial art.
