We run, we train, and we support each other. Join our women-only fitness sessions in HSR Layout for a safe, inclusive space to build strength and confidence.

Our WWWR sessions are about more than just fitness. They include strength work, recovery in the pool, and building a community where every woman feels supported.

The 'With Women We Run' sessions are all about teamwork and fun. We build each other up through games and drills in a supportive, all-female environment.

About this collection

You do not need to be a marathon runner to join our group. We focus on the basics of form, injury prevention, and functional strength to ensure you can run safely for years. Sessions are held at HSR Layout and Agara Lake, creating a space where you can work on your mobility, strength, and technique with a community that prioritizes safety over speed.

The 'With Women We Run' initiative is about creating a consistent, safe environment where fitness becomes a daily habit rather than a chore. We strip away the pressure of race times and focus on the mechanics of movement.

Why focus on strength and mobility?

Many runners hit plateaus or get injured because they only focus on mileage. In our sessions, we mix functional weightlifting, such as deadlifts and squats, with high-intensity interval training. We use resistance bands to fire up the glutes and core muscles that are often neglected during regular runs. This combination builds a resilient body, reduces the risk of common issues like runner's knee, and helps you recover faster.

The HSR Layout community

We operate primarily out of HSR Layout, using the local stadium, gyms, and the Agara Lake area for outdoor circuits. These spots offer a safe, accessible environment for women to train regardless of their current fitness level. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced runner looking for better form, our sessions are tailored to your needs.

We don't believe in quick fixes. Our training is about consistency and education. You will learn to record your movement, analyze your posture, and understand why we perform specific drills. It is about building a foundation that lasts, not just finishing one race. Come for the strength, stay for the community, and leave with the confidence that you are capable of more than you think.
