Join the #BaseArmy: Women’s Strength Training Community in HSR
Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. At BASE, it’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and having a group of women who actually cheer when you hit a new PR.
The #BaseArmy finishing a 5k marathon together. We fell, we laughed, we cried, but we finished it. This is what community and shared accomplishment feels like.
A regular day at BASE, where we are always lifting each other up. This is what our community is all about: encouragement, support, and pushing each other to be better.
Here I am coaching a client on proper form for an incline row. At BASE, we focus on teaching the 'why' behind every movement in a supportive group setting.
Who said women can't lift weights? At our Women's Day workshop, we created a space for women to explore their strength, push their limits, and see how happy lifting can make them.
About The #BaseArmy Community
You won’t find mirrors everywhere or people judging your form here. Whether we are running a 5k or perfecting a deadlift, the #BaseArmy is here to make sure you don't do it alone. I cap our group batches at 5 women so I can actually spot you and fix your form, rather than just standing around while you figure it out yourself.
Why We Train Together
Most gyms are intimidating. You walk in, the music is too loud, everyone looks like they know exactly what they are doing, and you feel out of place. That is exactly what I wanted to break when I started BASE.
- No Judgment, Just Growth: The #BaseArmy is built on the idea that you can't heal a body you hate. We don't track just weight or 'shrinking' numbers. We track strength, recovery, and energy.
- Real Accountability: When you are part of a small batch, you show up not just for yourself, but for the other women in your group. It’s hard to skip a workout when you know your squad is waiting for you to lift.
- Skill Over Ego: We focus on the how and the why. You will learn how to brace, how to hinge, and how to lift safely. Whether you are dealing with PCOS or just starting your fitness journey, we meet you exactly where you are.
The #BaseArmy Experience
Being part of this community means access to more than just a squat rack. It means workshops where we break down myths about women lifting heavy, marathon runs where we push our endurance, and a space where you can share your wins—big or small.
We don't do 'quick fixes' or fad diets. We teach lifestyle correction. When you join, you get access to a 24x7 gym space with top-tier Bullrock powerlifting equipment, but more importantly, you get a coach who actually listens to your goals and a community that lifts you up.
Arnima
I started BASE because I was tired of gyms where you’re just a number. My mission is to show you that lifting heavy doesn’t make you 'bulky'—it makes you capable. Doing it with a squad of women who have your back makes it actually fun.
