Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. At BASE, it’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and having a group of women who actually cheer when you hit a new PR.

The #BaseArmy finishing a 5k marathon together. We fell, we laughed, we cried, but we finished it. This is what community and shared accomplishment feels like.

A regular day at BASE, where we are always lifting each other up. This is what our community is all about: encouragement, support, and pushing each other to be better.

Here I am coaching a client on proper form for an incline row. At BASE, we focus on teaching the 'why' behind every movement in a supportive group setting.

Who said women can't lift weights? At our Women's Day workshop, we created a space for women to explore their strength, push their limits, and see how happy lifting can make them.

You won’t find mirrors everywhere or people judging your form here. Whether we are running a 5k or perfecting a deadlift, the #BaseArmy is here to make sure you don't do it alone. I cap our group batches at 5 women so I can actually spot you and fix your form, rather than just standing around while you figure it out yourself.
