This is the first thing a potential client will see. I've selected these visuals to give a powerful, immediate overview of the energy, variety, and community spirit of my coaching. They show everything from heavy lifting to dynamic drills, highlighting the comprehensive approach I take to make you a stronger, more resilient runner.
Indoor Strength Training
To run far, you need to be strong. My group sessions in local gyms focus on building a solid foundation with functional weightlifting like deadlifts and squats, helping you generate more power and prevent common running injuries.
Outdoor HIIT & Circuit Training
I use High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and outdoor circuits to build your explosive power and endurance. These sessions are packed with dynamic movements like burpees, squat jumps, and agility drills to help you push harder in the final stretch of any race.
Running Drills & Form
There is no single "right" way to run, but there is a safe and efficient way. I focus on teaching proper running mechanics through specific drills that improve your form, reduce the risk of injury, and help you run for a very long time.
Mobility, Core & Activation
Strength is useless without mobility. I dedicate specific sessions to activation drills using resistance bands, core stability work, and mobility exercises to fire up neglected muscles, improve your range of motion, and build a resilient body.
With Women We Run (WWWR)
This is my special initiative to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for women to take up running and fitness. These women-only sessions range from strength training and swimming to fun group activities, all designed to build confidence and community.
Back to Basics
Whether you are just starting your running journey or coming back after a break, these sessions are for you. I focus on the fundamentals of movement, running form, and basic strength to help you build a solid foundation safely and effectively.
Community Events & Fun
We are more than just a running group; we are a community. I organize fun events like dance fitness sessions, group cycling rides, and turf workouts to keep things exciting and build the bonds that make us stronger together.
