About Guided Runner Recovery
Running hard is great, but real progress happens when you recover right. I believe there’s no single right way to run, but there is a safe way if you want to keep going strong year after year. Recovery isn’t an afterthought - it’s half the game.
What I Offer
- My guided recovery sessions go way beyond a quick post-run stretching routine.
- We’re not just ticking boxes - each session is structured to actually help your body heal, boost flexibility, and keep injuries at bay.
- We keep things varied, so no two sessions feel the same.
How Sessions Work
- Foam rolling: I’ll take you through group routines focused on proper foam rolling techniques for runners. The idea is to get rid of muscle knots without doing more harm than good.
- Mobility & yoga: We work those stubborn, tight spots (hips, hamstrings, back) with a mix of dynamic stretches and yoga for running recovery. Beginners and old hands both find their groove here.
- Pool recovery: Not every week, but sometimes we hit the pool for low-impact recovery, especially during special events. Water just works wonders on tired legs.
Community Vibe
You’re not solo here. Every session has a group energy - whether you’re new to running or prepping for your next marathon, we’re all learning together. We show up, put in the work, and trust the process. No shortcuts, just steady progress.
