About this collection
Whether you are aiming for your first 5k or prepping for an Ironman, the secret is balancing gym strength with road endurance. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. We meet at The Outfit to build your functional core and stability, then take it to the road to ensure you are moving efficiently and injury-free. It is about becoming a khatarnak player in your own sport.
Building Your Engine
Endurance is built on a foundation of strength. If you only run, you are eventually going to hit a wall or get injured. My approach blends functional training with sport-specific skills. Whether we are working with battle ropes and deadlifts at The Outfit or doing treadmill mechanics analysis, the goal is always to make you a more durable athlete.
The Hybrid Method
I work with clients across different levels and locations:
- For Runners: We focus on gait, cadence, and strengthening the muscles that support your joints.
- For Triathletes: We break down the swim-bike-run transitions. I join my clients for outdoor rides on routes like Airport Road or Nandi Hills, ensuring you are comfortable with road safety and gear handling.
- For Everyone Else: If you cannot make it to the gym, my remote programming provides the same structure. We track your heart rate zones, power output, and pace, adjusting your plan weekly based on how your body is responding to the load.
Why This Works
Training for a race is not just about the hours you put in; it is about how you recover and fuel. My plans include nutrition management and equipment consulting, so you are not left guessing what to buy or eat. You show up with the grit, and I provide the roadmap. Let’s get you to that finish line.
Zainn
I am Zainn. I used to be a model, but these days you will find me on a bike or in the gym. I coach because I love seeing that moment when a client realizes they are capable of much more than they thought. We do not just chase numbers here, we build a lifestyle.
