Hill training is a mental and physical challenge. We teach you how to conquer hills efficiently, building strength and resilience that pays off on any course.

A 15km hill training session is no easy feat, but this crew executed it perfectly. Consistent work like this is what prepares you for tough race conditions.

Our Tuesday hill sessions are a staple of our marathon training block. Running hills makes you a stronger, more powerful runner on any terrain.

A speed interval session at Agara Lake. These workouts are designed to increase your top end speed and improve your lactate threshold.

Thursday is for intervals. We hit the track for focused speed work, pushing our limits to get faster one lap at a time.

A Sunday endurance run with the team. These long, steady runs are the cornerstone of marathon training, building your aerobic base.

Running a marathon is not just about putting in the miles, it is about managing your effort so you do not burn out before the finish line. In my sessions, we focus heavily on pacing strategy, teaching you how to hold your target pace during the early stages of a long run so you have the energy to push when it matters most.

Whether you are eyeing a sub-4 hour marathon or looking to complete your first 10k race, success starts with a plan you can actually sustain. My approach moves beyond just recording distance on your watch. We break down your training into manageable blocks: Base Building, Peak Training, and Tapering. Every week includes intentional speedwork, hill repeats, and endurance runs to build both your aerobic capacity and your mental resilience. We use the tracks at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium and the trails at Agara Lake to simulate different race day terrains. You will learn to integrate strength training and mobility routines, which are essential for injury prevention when your mileage starts to climb. What sets our group training apart is the accountability. You are training with the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew, which means you have support from day one. You are not just following a static plan; we analyze your Strava data to adjust your training based on how your body is actually responding to the load. If you are struggling with a specific pace or feeling the fatigue of a long training week, we tweak your schedule, not your resolve.
