About Beginner's Corner: Back to Basics

I host these sessions every first Saturday of the month at Agara Lake to provide a low-pressure entry point for new runners. We do not focus on speed or distance here; instead, we dedicate time to gait assessment, mobility, and fundamental form drills like A-skips and high knees to ensure you develop the mechanics needed to run injury-free.
