About this collection
A podium finish is rarely about natural talent, it is about the math of pacing. We identify your race-day limits by analyzing your previous run data and cadence, ensuring you do not burn out in the first 5km. Before you chase your next personal best, we examine your gait mechanics to make sure your form holds up when fatigue sets in, which is the exact strategy we used to help our runners secure those recent wins.
Chasing a personal best requires moving beyond just running. In our 12-week race prep cycles, we look at the science behind your current time. We evaluate your stride length, cadence, and heart rate zones to identify exactly where you are losing energy. We use video gait analysis right here at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium to fix mechanics before we build volume, ensuring you are not just faster, but also injury-free.
I see many runners plateau because they ignore the recovery phase. Our program integrates mobility and strength work—yes, even for marathoners—to ensure your legs survive the speedwork. We train at HSR Layout and Agara Lake, focusing on specific intervals that prepare you for the humidity and terrain challenges of Bengaluru races.
You see the podium photos here, but the real work happens in the silent hours of training. Whether we are prepping for the Kaveri Trail Marathon or the TCS World 10k, our goal is simple: ensure you cross the finish line stronger than when you started. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with a structured plan, let us look at your last race data.
