About this collection
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter training plans. Whether you’re at our Whitefield KTPO weekday intervals or our weekend long runs at Cubbon Park, you get direct, real-time feedback on your stride and posture. We fix your running form first so you don't pick up injuries, then we work on intervals and tempo to get you faster.
How We Train
If you want to get faster, you need to be obsessed with technique. I don’t just shout from the sidelines; I run with you. We start every session with drills like ankle lifts and hip swivels to prepare the body. Once we are warm, we dive into the main workout—whether it is high-intensity interval training, hill sprints, or a structured tempo run.
The Importance of Form
Running efficiently isn't just about effort. It is about mechanics. During our KTPO sessions, I am constantly watching your alignment. You will hear me correcting you in real-time: 'Seedha daud' (run straight), head up, land softly. If your form breaks down, you get injured. If you hold your form, you get faster.
More Than Just Miles
A strong runner needs a strong foundation. That is why we integrate yoga, mobility, and strength work into our schedule. As I always say, Yoga se he hoga! It keeps you mobile and aids recovery after a long week. We are a tribe that supports each other through every training cycle, and we definitely celebrate every personal best with some well-deserved malai maar ke lassi. Whether you are prepping for your first 10K or aiming for a Boston Qualification, let’s get to work.
