Stop running solo, yaar. Join our Sunday morning crew for runs across Bengaluru. From track speedwork at Kanteerava to hill repeats at Lalbagh, we make training fun, social, and much easier to stick with.

A great turnout for our HSR meetup and practice run. We welcome runners of all levels, from those attempting their first 5k to seasoned ultra-marathoners. It's all about sharing the road and inspiring each other.

A collage from a typical Sunday morning with the crew. We started with a run in Cubbon Park and finished with some speed work at Kanteerava Stadium. This shows the variety you can expect from our weekly meetups.

Sunday morning track session at the iconic Sree Kanteerava Stadium. It's the perfect place to work on speed, pacing, and form. The energy of running on a professional track with the group is amazing.

More action from our Kanteerava Stadium track workout. You can see our runners pushing themselves and each other. This is where you come to get faster and stronger, with your friends cheering you on.

Taking on the famous Lalbagh hill. Hill repeats are tough but incredibly effective for building strength and mental toughness. We do it together, making the climb a little less daunting and a lot more fun.

The gang after conquering Lalbagh hill repeats. Tired but happy. Posing for a group photo on the iconic rock formation is a must-do after a tough workout.

A classic post-run group photo in front of the magnificent Vidhana Soudha. Our runs often take us past Bengaluru's most famous landmarks, making for a great scenic workout.

Another group shot in front of Vidhana Soudha. We always make time for a photo to capture the memory of a good run with good company.

Pure joy! A fun, jumping shot from our run in Cubbon Park. We run hard, but we also make sure to laugh and be silly together. This is what our community is all about.

More fun and games in the park. Balancing on tree stumps after a run because, why not? It's these spontaneous moments of fun that make our group feel like a family.

About Sunday Mornings with the Roadies

We do not just show up and run. The real magic happens at our pre-run huddle. Whether you are aiming for your first 5k or chasing a personal best on the track, we pair you up with a buddy or pacer before the first step. You start with a plan, you finish with a breakfast crew, and you never feel like the person running alone at the back.

Where We Run

Our weekly schedule rotates to keep things fresh. We meet at iconic Bengaluru spots including Cubbon Park for relaxed jogs, the Sree Kanteerava Stadium for track workouts, and Lalbagh for those tough hill repeats that build real leg strength. Each session is designed to get you out of your comfort zone, but with the support of the gang so you actually enjoy the effort.

What to Expect

This is not a formal club with entry fees or rigid training plans. It is a support network. If you are new, you get guidance on pacing and form. If you are training for an ultra or a marathon, you get a squad to run with during those long, lonely training miles. We handle the hydration stations, the cheering squads, and the post-run banter. You just have to bring your shoes and your energy.

Why It Works

Running alone is boring, which is why most people quit after a few weeks. We remove the boredom factor. When you have a crew waiting for you at 5:00 AM, you show up. When you are struggling on a hill, someone is there to push you. We focus on consistency over intensity, helping you build a habit that lasts, not just a one-off workout.
