Pregnancy is a journey, but birth? That is where things get real. I help you trade the anxiety for evidence-based information and practical skills, so you can walk into labor feeling informed and in control.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but birth can feel overwhelming. I created my Birth Preparation Program to help you walk into labor feeling calm, confident, and in control, no matter what kind of birth you have. This program gives you bite-sized video lessons and practical tools to feel informed and empowered.

My on-demand Prenatal Yoga Program is designed for your second and third trimesters, helping you build strength, ease discomfort, and connect with your body. This is about making you feel good and strong, right now.

Are you pregnant and feeling unsure how to stay active safely? My online prenatal yoga program offers trimester-specific sessions to relieve pain, build strength, and prepare you for a smooth birth, all from the comfort of your home.

The fear of labor pain is real, but it doesn't have to control your experience. I teach you how to break the fear-tension-pain cycle by understanding how your body works, using breathing techniques, and knowing your comfort options so you can feel prepared.

Many people think prenatal yoga is only for having a "normal delivery," but its benefits go so much further. My program is designed to help you feel better every single day of your pregnancy by reducing aches, boosting your energy, and preparing you for a smoother postpartum recovery.

My program is structured to meet your body's needs as you progress. In the third trimester, we focus on building endurance, practicing restorative poses, ensuring optimal baby positioning, and preparing your body and mind for birth.

Birth is a shared journey, and having a supportive partner makes all the difference. In my program, I guide partners on how they can provide physical and emotional support, from back massages during contractions to helping with labor movements.

Hearing from other mamas is one of the best ways to know you are on the right path. I am so proud to have supported women from all over the world in having confident and positive birth experiences.

That sharp groin pain, known as Pelvic Girdle Pain or SPD, is common but manageable. I teach simple, pregnancy-safe exercises that focus on stabilizing your pelvis to provide relief and help you move more comfortably.

Counter pressure is a game changer for managing pain during labor. I show your birth partner simple but powerful hands-on techniques like the sacral press and double hip squeeze to provide immediate relief during contractions.

About Featured

Most of us spend nine months reading about pregnancy, but leave the actual labor preparation to chance. This program isn't about chasing a 'perfect birth' or following a rigid, unrealistic plan; it is about breaking the fear-tension-pain cycle using specific breathing patterns and partner-assisted techniques that help you manage contractions, regardless of whether you have an epidural, a natural delivery, or a surgical birth.

Moving Past the Myths

We hear a lot of gyan (advice) about how a 'perfect birth' is supposed to look. My approach ignores the pressure to have a specific type of delivery. Whether you are aiming for a natural vaginal birth, using an epidural, or planning for a surgical delivery, your goal remains the same: to be present, calm, and prepared.

The Three-Module Framework

This program is structured into three clear modules to take you from 'anxious' to 'prepared':

  • Module 1: Body & Baby Prep: Focuses on physiological preparation and getting your body ready for the marathon of labor.
  • Module 2: The Labor Process: Walks you through the stages of labor, natural pain relief options, breathing techniques, and movement that actually helps the baby descend.
  • Module 3: Medical Interventions & Clarity: Removes the fear around the unknown. We discuss epidurals, C-sections, and those first crucial moments after birth so you know your options.

Your Partner’s Role

Birth is a shared journey. I teach your partner practical skills that make a massive difference, from applying counter-pressure during contractions to knowing exactly how to support you when things get intense. You don't have to navigate this alone.

Why Evidence-Based Matters

Fear often stems from the unknown. By understanding the biology of your hormones—how oxytocin helps and how adrenaline can stall labor—you can make informed decisions in the delivery room instead of just reacting to what happens to you.

I’m Bharti. After my own 44-hour labor ended in an emergency C-section, I realized there is a huge gap in how we prepare for the actual act of giving birth. I’m here to give you the honest, practical, evidence-based guidance I wish I had, so you can feel ready for whatever kind of birth you experience.
