About Postpartum Recovery
My program is specifically designed for moms who are at least 10 weeks postpartum. I know the pressure to get back to your old self is real, but jumping into high-intensity training too early can lead to long-term pelvic floor issues or worsen diastasis recti, which is why we start with gentle, foundational reconnection.
The goal here isn't to 'bounce back' or chase a number on the scale. It is about building a foundation that supports your life as a mother, whether you are lifting your baby, breastfeeding, or managing the physical demands of your daily routine.
The 6-Week Structure
This program moves away from standard gym workouts. We blend yoga and pilates-style strength training to address the specific physical changes that come with pregnancy and birth. You will go through three full-length sessions each week, plus a 10-minute functional drill to keep your momentum going even on your busiest days.
