Here is a simple guide to starting my prenatal yoga program. The sessions are designed to build on each other, but you can always revisit earlier ones on low-energy days.
For weeks 16-26, we focus on easing into movement, engaging the pelvic floor, and building a strong foundation with asana basics and mobility routines.
The third trimester sessions in my program focus on building endurance, gentle stretching, and specific practices for birth preparation and optimal positioning.
