Whether it's a creamy Thai Green Curry or a jar of Truffle Edamame Hummus, my focus is on using real ingredients that feel light but leave you fully satisfied. For me, the idea that comfort food has to be unhealthy is a myth I love to bust. My kitchen in Mumbai is built on the philosophy that you shouldn't have to choose between flavour and wellness.
