When we built this space in Vashi, we wanted the antithesis of a standard, intimidating gym. We brought in US-made Balanced Body reformers and kept the vibe light, so you are actually excited to show up. Whether you are here for injury rehab or just want to feel stronger, you get your own station and plenty of room to breathe in our small, supportive batches.

We cap our group sessions at 5-6 people, which allows for actual hands-on form correction.
