We aren't here to just count your reps or stare at the clock. Whether you're here to master your reformer form or just need a space where you can actually be yourself, our sessions are designed to keep you consistent without the stiff gym vibe. You’ll find us correcting your posture with a smile and maybe throwing in an extra variation just when you think you're safe—but that’s exactly how we get results.

Forget the silent, sterile gym atmosphere. At Helekars in Vashi, we believe the best workout is the one you actually want to show up for. We are Navi Mumbai’s first fully-equipped Pilates studio, but the 'fully-equipped' part is only half the story. The other half is the squad.

- Real Reformer Pilates: We train on US-made Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers. Whether you are doing deep core work or using the Tower of Power for vertical suspension, you are using top-tier gear.
- No Boredom Guaranteed: We cycle through props like magic circles, weights, stability balls, and the MOTR (movement roller) to keep things spicy. No two classes feel exactly the same.
- Supportive Community: If you have an injury, are a total beginner, or think you aren't 'flexible enough,' you are exactly who we want to see. We specialize in making Pilates accessible, not intimidating.
The Vibe
Our instructors are there to hype you up. If you are struggling with a move, we are there with a joke to lighten the mood or a tactical cue to help you nail it. We keep our group batches small—max 5 to 6 people—so you get semi-personalized attention every single time.
We love a good challenge, and we love a good meme even more. Come for the core strength and better posture, stay because you made a new friend and finally found a place where 'bas ye ho raha hai' becomes 'wow, I actually did that.'
