About The Reformer Experience
We use US-made Balanced Body reformers in small groups of 5-6, so you are not just a number in a class. If you are struggling to engage your abs or find your balance, we are right there to guide your form. You get hands-on help and spotting, not just generic instructions yelled from across the room.
Think of the reformer as your partner in crime for better posture and deep core strength. Unlike free weights that rely on gravity, our reformers use adjustable spring resistance to challenge you through every phase of a movement. This means your muscles are under tension on the way out and the way back in, giving you that effective, low-impact burn.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete, we have got a spot for you in our Vashi studio.
