- Dal: 1 Portion (approx. 200ml) like Trevti or Moong Dal.
- Rice: Steamed Basmati Rice (Excluded in Eco Plan).
- Sides: Salad (Cucumber/Tomatoes) and Buttermilk or Curd (Excluded in Eco Plan).

- Jain Constraints: Strict exclusion of onion, garlic, potato, carrot, and beetroot.

- Delivery: Delivered via Mumbai Dabbawala network (Lunch typically 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM).
