I see every project as a back-and-forth with nature, not just a plot to be filled. My approach with design-build is all about asking, "How can this building give something back?" That's why you'll notice our spaces always try to feel open, breezy, and connected with the outdoors. We call it tropical contemporary - but honestly, it's just about making sure a house feels like it belongs where it stands.

End-to-End, No Middlemen

You deal with one team (us) from the first sketch to final handover. That means your ideas don't get lost, and there's no "lost in translation" drama between architects and contractors. We get hands-on with every stage - detailed drawings, 3D illustrations, constant tweaks - so that what you see in your head is what you get in reality. Integrated design and construction isn't just a buzzword for us, it’s how we work.

Homes with Character

Whether it’s a small city plot or a leafy site with old trees, I focus on homes that breathe. For compact spaces, I use ideas like jaalis (perforated screens) to bring in daylight and patterns. For nature-heavy plots, I let the trees set the mood. If you’re into a bit of heritage, I blend in local materials like ittige (brick) and reinterpret old-school styles.

Commercial, But Never Boring

My commercial projects also get the same love. I’ve designed luxury salons with arches inspired by Teen Darwaza, using calming colours and lots of natural light to make even a busy place feel peaceful. Every space gets its own vibe.

The Little Things

I have a soft spot for cantilevered forms and playing with light and shadow. But mostly, I care about the feeling you get when you walk into a space. That’s what makes it a Cantilever project.
