Turnkey Construction & Elevation (Gray Structure)
Structural & Civil Works
- Foundation & Frame: RCC framed structure using Fe-550 TMT steel (Tata/Jindal) and 43/53 grade cement (Ultratech/Ambuja). Designed for seismic zone IV compliance.
- Masonry: Red brick work or AAC blocks with rich mortar plastering.
- Waterproofing: Brick bat coba and polymer coatings for basements, sunken slabs, and terraces.
Premium Exterior Elevation
- Facade: Installation of natural stone (Sandstone/Travertine), Italian marble highlights, or HPL louvers.
- Metal Work: Custom laser-cut MS or SS screens and heavy-duty main gates with CNC patterns.
- Balconies: Toughened glass railings with SS/Wooden handrails and weather-proof exterior texture paint.
MEP & Site Development
- Piping: Concealed CPVC/UPVC pipes (Astral/Supreme) for water supply and drainage.
- Electrical: Conduiting for wiring throughout walls and slabs.
- Site Work: Boundary walls matching elevation theme and underground water tank construction.

Flooring & Wall Finishes
- Flooring: Mirror-polished Italian Marble (Dyna, Botticino) in living areas; engineered wood or large-format vitrified tiles in bedrooms.
- Walls & Ceilings: Luxury emulsion paints (Asian Paints Royale), texture paints, stone cladding feature walls, and multi-layered POP false ceilings with cove lighting.
Woodwork & Joinery
- Kitchen: Modular setup with island counter, quartz stone tops, Hettich/Hafele hardware, and High-Gloss Acrylic or PU finishes.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units featuring lacquered glass, veneer with PU polish, or profile glass doors with internal LED lighting.
- Furniture: Fixed TV units with marble backdrops, bathroom vanity counters, and study tables.
Electrical & Decor Features
- Electrical: Installation of modular switches (Norisys/Schneider), profile lights, and magnetic tracks.

Concept & Visualization

Technical Documentation (GFC)
- Structural: Column/beam placement, footing details, and slab reinforcement details.
- Working Drawings: Dimensioned plans for flooring, false ceiling, electrical looping, and plumbing piping.
- Joinery: Detailed millwork drawings for cabinets, wardrobes, and partitions.
Supervision

From Bare Walls to Your Ghar
Starting with an empty plot or an old house, I handle the entire journey. New constructions, full renovations, even big villas - I’m there from day one till you move in. You’ll see me fussing over everything from villa elevation design to the last lamp installed. I do ask for some trust - because honestly, the process can get messy before it looks great.
What I Actually Do
- Design and build homes from scratch - large villas, duplexes, or compact spaces
- Plan exteriors that stand out: stone walls, wood louvers, cool CNC panels, and lighting that pops at night
- Interior design, from Italian marble interiors to minimalist, clean lines
- Every room gets its own vibe: living rooms with statement walls, luxury modular kitchen designs, bedrooms that feel personal, smart bathrooms, and mandir (prayer rooms) with custom details
The Little Details
I geek out over materials and finishes. You’ll see a lot of Italian marble, wood veneers, parametric false ceiling designs, and handpicked lighting. I like things that feel rich but not over the top.
