Turnkey Residential Design & Build
Design & Documentation
Comprehensive spatial planning, furniture layouts, and 3D exterior visualization. Includes structural drawings, electrical/plumbing schematics, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) before construction starts.
Civil Construction & Masonry
RCC footing and columns using Fe550 TMT steel (Tata/JSW) and 53-grade cement. Masonry work involves wire-cut bricks for exposed aesthetics, Porotherm clay blocks, or solid concrete blocks. Specialized shuttering for exposed concrete feature walls.
Premium Interiors & Finishes
Flooring installation using Granite, Kota stone, or large-format vitrified tiles. Teak wood or Veneer finish main door with UPVC or powder-coated Aluminum windows (Domal sections). Includes SS or MS railings for staircases.
MEP & Site Management
Concealed CPVC/PVC plumbing (Ashirvad/Astral) and FRLS wiring (Polycab/Finolex) with modular switches. Installation of sanitary ware (Jaquar/Kohler) and dedicated site engineer supervision for quality control.
Structural Renovation & Heritage Restoration
Assessment & Structural Retrofitting
Structural audit of existing load-bearing members followed by strengthening using jacketing techniques. Includes insertion of steel I-beams for open layouts and careful demolition of non-load-bearing walls.
Roofing & Timber Work
Restoration of pitched roofs using Mangalore tiles or terracotta roofing. Refurbishment or installation of wooden trusses, rafters, and pillars. Integration of modern skylights for improved ventilation.
Electrical & Plumbing Overhaul
Complete stripping of old wiring and GI pipes. Installation of new conduit piping, FRLS wires, modern distribution boards, and CPVC/PVC plumbing lines to support modern load requirements.
Surface & Joinery Restoration
Laying of oxide flooring, natural stone, or timber-look tiles. Fresh cement plastering with premium exterior/interior paints. Polishing existing wooden joinery or replacing with new timber/UPVC where necessary.

- Sustainability is my default. I always push for natural light, airflow, and green features like courtyards and skylights. Local materials - wire-cut brick, terracotta, clay blocks - are my go-to.
- I’m into the raw, honest look. Exposed brick building projects and bare concrete finishes show off the craft, not just cover it up.
- My style mixes modern shapes with vernacular modern architecture. Whether you want a fresh new home or a restored old one, I make sure it feels rooted and timeless.
