I trained for 950 hours in Boulder to ensure I'm teaching the pure Classical Pilates method, not just leading a class. The Classical Pilates system is comprehensive, comprising over 500 exercises designed to build strength, flexibility, and control from the inside out. When you train with me, you’re working with authentic Balanced Body CenterLine equipment—Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and more—in a space designed to strip away distractions.
I intentionally cap my sessions to private or duet formats. This allows for rigorous, hands-on correction that you simply can't get in a group class. Whether you are a golfer looking for hip stability, a runner needing core strength, or someone recovering from an injury, we adapt the classical repertoire specifically for your biomechanics.
We are located inside the JW Marriott on Vittal Mallya Road. Beyond the physical training, this includes full access to their valet and wet spa facilities, making your hour of movement a true, uninterrupted ritual for your mind and body.
