Welcome to my movement journal. This collection is a window into my world, where I use the body to untangle the knots of daily life, from intimate solo performances to raw, meditative movement coaching.

This is the heart of my practice. A moment of complete surrender, where the body speaks its own truth, unbound by choreography or expectation. This is the freedom we work to uncover in our sessions together.

My 1-to-1 wellness sessions are a personal journey into the self. We use the profound philosophy of Butoh and other ancient practices to build self-awareness, stability, and a fearless connection to your mind and body.

A preview of my solo performance, "ALL ABOUT NOTHING". This work is an intimate exploration of life, illusion, and the search for truth, weaving together movement, personal stories, and live music.

Movement as a prayer for peace. In this solidarity event, I used my body to express a cry of hope for children affected by conflict. Art is my way of speaking up when words are not enough.

Nature is my greatest teacher. Here is a spontaneous duet with a fellow artist, inspired by the wind, the trees, and the open sky. This is what it feels like to find your rhythm in the wild.

A look inside my daily movement journal. This is my private space for investigation and improvisation, where I listen to my body and let it guide me. It is my therapy and my anchor.

The joy and passion of Tango. This improvisation is a celebration, a playful exploration of connection and rhythm, infused with the festive spirit. Movement can be a powerful expression of happiness.

My work is not about memorizing steps; it is about presence. In our sessions, we peel back the layers of performance to find the movement that is uniquely yours. We will use Butoh philosophy and nature-inspired improvisation to help you find clarity and breathe through whatever heavy emotions or daily stresses you are currently carrying.
