My Personal Training Philosophy

I don't tell you to chase weights or copy what others do. Form aur posture pe dhyaan do (focus on form and posture) - that's always my advice. If you can't hit the lowest squat, it's alright. Progress is about feeling stronger in your own skin, not breaking records.

My Story

Hi, I’m Prashant, founder of Fit N Fab. For me, fitness isn’t just sweating it out – it’s about peace, community, and happiness. FNF sirf ek naam nahi, yeh ek brand hai jo maine banaya taki women feel safe, motivated, aur ek family ka hissa. Guruji ki blessings ke bina yeh sab possible nahi tha. Satsang bhi hota hai gym mein! Jab koi client apne transformation ke baare mein batata hai, wohi asli reward hai. Happy customers, happy hum!
