I don't believe in just counting reps. In my group sessions across Burari and Azadpur, we focus on movement quality and building the mental discipline to show up every day. You aren't paying for a fancy gym experience; you're paying for a coach who will push you to do the work, whether we are doing Yoga, CrossFit, or functional strength training.
