Welcome to our Yoga Special class. Here, we flow together, focusing on the core asanas that build a foundation of strength and flexibility. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced, the energy of the group will lift you up.
Celebrating International Yoga Day 2024 with the family. We explored a range of asanas from the shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) and plow pose (Halasana) to the wheel pose (Chakrasana). Every day is a good day for yoga.
A typical session where we work on a variety of poses. You can see me assisting a client with a supported headstand, while others practice the camel pose (Ustrasana) and cobra pose (Bhujangasana) to build back strength and flexibility.
This is what a focused yoga session looks like. We work on partner assisted stretches like the cobra pose, deep seated twists for spinal mobility, and the bow pose (Dhanurasana) to open up the entire front of the body.
There is no easy way, only hard work. This video shows the discipline in our practice, from the upward facing dog for spinal extension to the wide legged forward bend for hamstring flexibility. This is how we build a strong body and a stronger mind.
About Group Yoga: Energy and Flow
Our yoga doesn't happen in a quiet studio with incense and soft music. It happens on the gym floor, right where the real work gets done. We combine traditional Hatha asanas with functional mobility drills specifically designed to loosen up tight hips and shoulders after heavy lifting or CrossFit sessions. If you are looking for a place to simply relax, this isn't it. If you want to build real range of motion and recover faster, this is your zone.

We focus on active recovery, which means flushing out lactic acid and increasing your range of motion so you can come back to your next workout stronger, not broken.
What To Expect
- The Vibe: We train in an industrial setup with natural ventilation. No central AC, no fluff. Just heavy-duty rubber tiles, yoga mats, and a group of people who are here to hustle.
- The Mix: We move through 45-60 minutes of intense flow-based instruction. We use PVC pipes, plates, and resistance bands to open up the body in ways standard stretching cannot.
- The Coaching: I am on the floor with you. I walk around, I correct your posture, and I push you. If your form is off, I will fix it. If you are giving up, I will keep you moving.

This isn't for people looking for a 'lazy' day. This is for athletes who need better mobility for Olympic weightlifting, CrossFitters wanting to get into deeper squat positions, and anyone in Dwarka who wants to train with a community that treats each other like family.
