Here's a look at our stepper aerobics workout, a fantastic way to build cardio endurance. We mix in strength moves like incline push-ups to give you a full-body workout in one session.

When you walk into my studio in Sector 47, expect loud music and zero judgment. I mix high-tempo Bollywood tracks with structured workouts like Zumba, stepper aerobics, and bodyweight strength training. You do not need to be a trained dancer to start—if you can move, you can join.
Fitness should never feel like a punishment. My goal is to make you actually look forward to showing up, whether you want to shake it out or work on your flexibility.
Why join my batches?
- Variety: We do not stick to one thing. My sessions rotate through BollyFitX, Zumba, classic cardio, and stepper aerobics to keep things fresh. If you need to slow down, I also offer dedicated Yoga batches.
- All Levels Welcome: I have beginners who have never stepped into a studio and regulars who have been with me for a long time. The energy in the room is high, and everyone cheers each other on.
- Flexibility: Whether you are looking for morning or evening slots, I offer 3 to 5 weekly scheduled batches to fit your routine.

When you book a session, you are walking into a space with mirrors, professional sound systems, and a community that loves to move.
- Single Drop-in: Best if you want to try a class first (₹200–₹500).
- Monthly Subscription: Perfect for consistent training (₹1800–₹4000).
If you cannot make it to Noida Sector 47, I also run online sessions that work for people logging in from all over. You do not need fancy equipment to start—just bring yourself and a bottle of water.
