Welcome to our space where we mix sweat, dance, and serious fun. Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore, so we made sure it doesn't.

This is what we mean by fitness with dhamaka energy. A clip from one of our fun Zumba sessions where the beats are high, the lights are low, and the calories are burning. We guide you through every step, making sure you're having a blast while you sweat.

Finding balance and strength in our group yoga class. Here, our members are practicing a standing backbend, or Anuvittasana, to improve posture and flexibility. Our certified instructor ensures everyone maintains proper form for a safe and effective stretch.

Who said workouts can't be the best part of your week? Welcome to our DJ Night, where we turn the studio into a dance floor. It's all about moving freely, letting go, and enjoying great music with the community.

A glimpse into our plank hold challenge. We use agility ladders to add a fun twist to this core strengthening exercise. It’s amazing to see everyone pushing their limits together and holding the plank with perfect form.

Taking it back to school sports day, but way cooler. Here we are using hurdles and cones for game-based exercises that improve agility and cardiovascular health. It’s a full-body workout that feels more like playing a game than a drill.

Just us, Ajay and Shivangi, doing what we love. We believe in leading by example and sharing our passion for dance and fitness. This is a little routine we put together, full of the same energy we bring to every class.

You can see the smiles and the sweat in our Bollywood fitness class. We were dancing to the beats of Macarena with a desi twist. These sessions are a fantastic cardio workout that combines fun choreography with non-stop movement.
