This is the energy we bring to every class. Here is our amazing group of women performing a special Navratri Bollyfit routine. We love celebrating festivals with dance, making every workout feel like a party.

Fitness is for all ages. In our kids' batch, we focus on building strength and flexibility through playful exercises, like these floor stretches and an impressive handstand demonstration by the instructor.

At our Sector 75 studio, you won't find serious gym faces or rigid rules. Instead, expect wooden laminate floors, loud Bollywood tracks, and a mix of Zumba, Yoga, and Strength sessions that focus on consistency over perfection. Just bring your water bottle, wear comfy shoes, and get ready to sweat while you smile.
We created this space as an adda—a place where fitness isn't just about reps and sets, but about hanging out and feeling good. We offer a variety of classes designed to keep things fresh. Our Zumba and Bollyfit sessions are high-energy cardio parties that use trending tracks to make sure you're sweating without realizing it's a workout. If you need to slow down, our Yoga sessions focus on Hatha and Flow styles to help you find balance without the pressure to be perfectly flexible on day one.
For those wanting to build functional strength, we incorporate light dumbbells (1kg-3kg) and bodyweight exercises into our routines. It is all about toning up while moving to the music. We operate out of a fully air-conditioned studio in Sector 75, Noida, with mirrors everywhere to help you check your form and feel the rhythm. Whether you are looking for morning sessions to kickstart your day or evening classes to unwind, we have a slot for you. Our goal is simple: you walk in with energy and walk out with a big grin.
