About
Why I Started FITNUT
Being an MMA fighter, I know what it means to need real, clean fuel. Main ek fitness freak hoon (I’m a fitness freak) and honestly, I got tired of eating stuff that either tasted bland or had hidden junk. FITNUT is basically my way of making sure healthy food actually tastes good and doesn’t slow you down.
What You Get
I keep it simple with meals that fit real life:
- Ready-to-eat healthy bowls for breakfast - quick, filling, and not boring
- Meal jars packed with wholesome stuff so you can grab lunch or a snack without any drama
My Rules for Food
If I won’t eat it, I won’t serve it. I’m strict about this:
- No preservatives food service here, everything’s fresh
- Sugar-free meal prep - sweetness comes from dates, not refined sugar (Bilkul nahi - Absolutely not)
- 100% natural ingredients - what you see is what you get
- Taste is always a priority, healthy doesn’t mean tasteless
For People Like Me (and You)
If you’re into fitness, busy with work, or just want food that’s both tasty and clean, this is made for you. I even put in extra effort for festive bowls - because healthy should be fun too.
Naari sab pe bhari! (A woman overpowers all!) Let's eat strong, feel strong.

My Story
My Work
MMA, Fitness & Action - We do MMA training, fitness coaching, create fight sequences, plus guided cupping therapy and deep tissue recovery.
Mindset Matters Most - Training with us is tough, but regret stings more. Jeet sirf arena mein nahi hoti, body ke andar bhi jeetni padti hai.
Healthy Food, Real Taste - FITNUT jars and bowls – wholesome breakfast, naturally sweetened, no preservatives. Bhuke pet pe laat nahi maarna chahiye.
Training, Real Life Style - No drill sergeant drama here. We laugh, make funny videos, and yes, sometimes I get 'daba ke patka' too!
