Training hard needs fuel that works as hard as you do. I started FITNUT to prove that eating clean doesn't mean settling for boring, tasteless food.
This is what FITNUT is all about. I created this special Christmas bowl to prove that healthy food can be festive and fun. It’s packed with wholesome ingredients, naturally sweetened with dates, and has zero preservatives, because I believe in eating clean without sacrificing taste.
This is my motto for FITNUT: *Hum bhuke pet mein laat nahi maarte* (We don't kick a hungry stomach). When you're hungry, you need real, satisfying food, not junk. My healthy bowls are here to fuel you up the right way.
Victory isn't just won on the mat; you have to win inside your body too. My training is intense, and recovery is everything. That’s why I only use clean, natural fuel like sattu to rebuild and get stronger.

Every meal you see here is sweetened only with date puree—absolutely zero refined sugar, no preservatives, and nothing processed. Whether it’s a 400ml jar for a quick breakfast or a heavy, nutrient-packed power bowl for post-training recovery, I make sure it’s clean fuel that actually tastes good. Why I Keep It Natural
Everything is prepared in small batches out of Defence Colony. Because I don't use preservatives, these meals have a shelf life of 24 to 48 hours. This is as fresh as it gets.
