Why I Bake Healthy
I started making healthy bakes because I wanted desserts that fit my health goals but still tasted good. You don’t have to pick between eating right and loving what you eat! That’s honestly how this whole thing began.
What Goes In (and What Doesn’t)
I treat baking like pooja, so I’m strict about ingredients:
- No maida, only wholewheat flour (aata) and oats
- Sweetness from jaggery, dates, or desi khand - never refined sugar
- Everything is 100% eggless, baked fresh in my own kitchen
