Quarterly Gym Membership & Floor Access
Facility & Timing
- Operating Hours: 7 days a week access with split timing: Morning 6 AM to 12 PM and Evening 4 PM to 10 PM.
- Weight Floor: Full access to heavy iron plates, dumbbells up to 50kg, and plate-loaded stations like Leg Press and Hack Squat.
- Cardio Zone: Usage of treadmills and spin bikes (subject to availability and time limits during peak hours).
Floor Support
- General Trainers: Rotational staff available for general safety spotting and basic form cues.
- Shared Attention: Trainers circulate the floor and assist multiple members; this does not include dedicated progress tracking.
Amenities
- Infrastructure: Air-conditioned floor, changing rooms, and day-use lockers (users must bring personal padlocks).
Dedicated Personal Training (Monthly Add-on)
Dedicated Coaching
- 1-on-1 Sessions: Includes approximately 12 to 15 sessions per month involving active spotting for heavy compound lifts and safety.
- Advanced Protocols: Implementation of intensity techniques like forced reps, drop sets, and stability drills under direct supervision.
Customization & Diet
- Workout Plan: Personalized routine split (e.g., Push/Pull/Legs) designed for specific muscle gain or fat loss goals.
- Nutrition: Structured diet charts focusing on locally available whole foods and basic supplement advice.
Floor Logistics
- Priority Access: Trainer assists in reserving machines during crowded hours to reduce wait times between sets.
- Accountability: Dedicated supervision ensures completion of sets and adherence to the program.

The gym's packed with free weights training gear - dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, benches. Machines for every muscle, so you can mix it up and never get bored.
What Your Workout Feels Like
Expect classic lifts, muscle building classes, fat loss drills, and core strengthening exercises. We love tossing in a plank challenge, sometimes with plates on your back - so get ready.

My Story
Hello ji! Fit X Gym mein sabka swagat hai (Everyone’s welcome here). This isn’t just a gym, it’s a family health club. Log aate hain, milte hain, mehnat karte hain (People come, meet, work hard), and we cheer for every win—birthday ho ya fitness goal. Sometimes, you’ll hear us shouting, 'Chalo, chalo!' because we want you to push yourself. Yahan har koi apni jagah dhoondh sakta hai (Here, everyone finds their place).
