About Abs & Core Blast
We don't hide in a studio. These sessions happen right on the gym floor, so you get the full energy of our community around you. I personally walk the floor to check your form during leg raises and crunches, shouting out 'Shabash!' to make sure that last rep actually counts.

Do I need any special equipment? No. Just bring your energy and comfortable workout clothes. We provide the mats and light dumbbells needed for the class.
Is this suitable for beginners? Absolutely. We focus on consistency and movement quality. If you find a move difficult, we will help you modify it so you can still complete the session.
Are these sessions inside a studio? No. We keep our sessions on the main gym floor. You will be training alongside the rest of the Fit X family, which keeps the atmosphere high-tempo and motivating.
