These classes are all about moving, sweating, and having fun with high-energy music. We mix Zumba, aerobics, and dance fitness so you can burn calories while enjoying the workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, from beginners to regulars.

Group Strength & Functional Training

We build real strength together using bodyweight exercises and light dumbbells. These sessions focus on correct form for exercises like squats and presses to build muscle and improve your overall fitness. I guide the group to make sure everyone is challenged safely.

Abs & Core Blast

These are dedicated sessions to strengthen your core with a variety of floor exercises. We work on everything from crunches to leg raises to build stability and get you those visible results. I'll be there counting every rep to push you through.

More Than a Gym, We're Family

At Fit X, we believe in supporting each other inside and outside of workouts. We celebrate milestones and birthdays together because our community is our biggest strength. This is our family health club.
