Group Strength & Functional Training in Shahdara
Real strength isn't built alone. Join our high-energy group sessions where we push, sweat, and finish every rep together.
Building a strong lower body with group goblet squats. Using dumbbells adds resistance, helping to develop leg and core strength more effectively than bodyweight alone.
Personal attention is key. In this functional training class, I'm correcting form on a dumbbell front raise while other members continue with their own exercises.
Bodyweight squats are a fundamental part of our functional fitness routine. This mixed group is working on their form and building endurance together.
About Group Strength & Functional Training
You should know these sessions happen right on the main gym floor, not in a separate, soundproof studio. It gets loud with the music and our shouting, but that’s the point—the energy on the floor pushes you harder than any quiet, empty room ever could.
Building Strength, Not Just Muscle
At Fit X Gym, we focus on functional movements—squats, presses, and core work—using bodyweight and light dumbbells. Our goal is building real-life strength that carries over to your daily routine, not just gym-floor aesthetics. We don’t hide in a studio; the energy of the main gym floor is our biggest asset.
Why Our Training Works
- Form First: I am always on the floor personally correcting stances, whether it's a goblet squat or a front raise. You won't be left to guess if you're doing it right.
- Community Drive: In Shahdara, people come here because the vibe is addictive. We don't care if you've never picked up a weight before—we care that you showed up.
- Progressive Intensity: We use standard equipment like vinyl dumbbells (1kg to 5kg) and PVC mats to keep things accessible while still challenging your muscles.
The 'Fit X' Way
We keep it simple: no complex machinery, just consistent effort. We believe in the 'Chalo, shabash!' approach. If you flop a move, we go again. If you fail your first attempt, we say never give up. Our batches are inclusive, meaning you'll see people of all ages and fitness levels working out side-by-side. You are not just another member here; you are part of our family, and we are going to make sure you shine. When you’re ready to start, just walk in and join the group.
