About For Anyone Who Wants to Learn

I run my classes with a 1:15 instructor to student ratio, so you get real attention in every session. We don't waste time on gymnastics or high-flying kicks that require perfect athleticism. Instead, we focus on high-repetition drills like pad work, weapons handling, and simple 4-direction movement that actually work in real life, regardless of your current strength or age.

Training for Real Life, Not a Ring

Many people stay away from martial arts because they think they need to be young, flexible, or athletic to start. I disagree. Martial arts is a tool for survival and personal growth, and it should be accessible to everyone. My classes at the Bandra dojo and Sunday sessions at Powai Forest Park are built to be adaptive.

My Hybrid Approach

I don't stick to one rigid system. We blend:

  • Krav Maga: For tactical defense and survival.
  • Kickboxing: For effective striking using your natural body mechanics.
  • Kali (Filipino Martial Arts): Using sticks and knives to train your distance and reaction times.
  • Japanese Jujutsu: For close-contact scenarios.

By mixing these, I can create a step-by-step plan that works for you. If a specific movement doesn't fit your mobility, we change the drill. We prioritize what works outside the dojo over what looks good on Instagram. Whether you want to lose weight, build functional strength, or just learn how to be safe on the street, we find a way to get you there.

What to Expect

You will train in a non-AC, fan-cooled environment that keeps you grounded. We use focus mitts, kicking shields, and practice sticks to simulate real-world resistance. You aren't just learning theory; you are building the muscle memory to react under pressure. My goal is to make you confident enough to protect yourself—and that starts with awareness, not just physical fighting.
