Premium Reception Stage Decor (20-30ft)
Structure & Backdrop
- Dimensions: 20ft to 30ft width adjustable stage backdrop supported by a heavy-duty truss or wooden frame system.
- Floral Design: Smart-Hybrid arrangement featuring a dense wall of high-quality artificial flowers (base) overlaid with fresh seasonal flowers (Roses, Orchids, Tuberoses) for borders and detailing.
- Draping: Premium satin or lycra fabric in dual-tone palettes (Pastels, Gold-White, or Red-Gold) with gathering pleats.
- Props: Suspended crystal hangings or floral chandeliers.
Stage Elements
- Seating: 1 Maharaja/Queen couple sofa (Gold or Silver finish with velvet upholstery) or Peacock theme chair.
- Flooring: Clean Red or White carpet covering the entire stage platform.
- Lighting: 6 to 8 LED Par cans for ambiance washing plus 2 to 4 Profile spots to highlight the couple.
Additional Features
- Signage: Personalized neon sign or acrylic name board cutouts.
- Pyrotechnics: Includes 2 shots of Cold Fire entry for the couple (included in the higher price range).
Traditional Temple Style Mandap
Mandap Structure
- Design: Choice between a Floral Wrapped 4-pillar structure (Lower range) or a Temple Theme set with fiber-casted Golden Pillars (e.g., Tirupati or Lakshmi motifs) (Higher range).
- Canopy: 10x10ft or 12x12ft ceiling covered with fabric and hanging floral strings.
- Dimensions: Standard 10ft x 10ft sacred square area.
Floral & Decor
- Flower Types: Predominantly fresh traditional flowers including Marigold (Orange/Yellow), Jasmine strings, and Tuberose.
- Accents: Fresh Banana stems tied to each pillar and Mango leaf torans for the top border.
Ceremonial Inclusions
- Furniture: 2 Low-height stools (Manai) for the couple, plus seating for parents and priests.
- Havan Setup: Designated space for Havan Kund with fire-retardant matting or brick setup.
- Aisle: 20ft Red carpet walkway leading to the Mandap with 4 to 6 brass standing lamps or floral pedestals.
Green Coconut Leaf Chapra Entrance
Structure & Craftsmanship
- Type: Traditional Chapra (Green Pandal).
- Material: Fresh green coconut leaves hand-woven into Mat or Diamond patterns on a sturdy bamboo frame.
- Size: Covers a standard gate or entrance area (approx. 10ft x 10ft to 15ft x 15ft).
Floral Detailing
- Garlands: Thick borders of fresh Orange/Yellow Marigold garlands outlining the coconut leaf structure.
- Hangings: Torans made of Mango leaves and small floral bells suspended from the canopy.
- Pillars: 2 Main entrance bamboo poles wrapped fully in Banana leaves or floral strings.
Welcome Elements
- Signage: 1 Welcome board (Chalkboard or Printed easel) with a small floral cluster.
- Flooring: Red carpet runner placed underneath the Chapra structure.
Intimate Proposal & Candlelight Decor
Backdrop & Focus Area
- Arch: 1 Heart-shaped arch or Circular ring decorated with organic balloon arrangement (200 to 300 balloons) or floral patches.
- Lighting: Marry Me, Better Together, or Happy Birthday Neon LED signage mounted on the backdrop.
- Surface: Fairylight strings draped behind the arch for a bokeh effect.
Pathway & Ambiance
- Aisle: Short pathway created using Red Carpet or scattered Rose Petals.
- Lighting Accents: 10 to 15 LED candles or wax candles in glass vases placed along the pathway or on the table.
- Special Effect: 2 Cold Pyro (sparklers) triggered at the main moment (included in the higher price range).

I’m Hemanth, and with EPB Events, I don’t just decorate - I change the whole vibe of a place. Most venues start out plain. My job is to take whatever space you’ve got and make it stunning for your big day, whether that’s a big wedding or a small engagement.
Wedding & Reception Setups
If you want everything covered, I handle stage backdrop decoration (from simple drapes to massive floral walls), mandap setups - whether you want that classic temple look or something made entirely of flowers. The venue entrance gets special attention too, like a floral entrance arch or even a chapra (leaf canopy) with marigolds for that real desi welcome.
Pre-Wedding Functions
I do Haldi decor inspiration with loads of marigolds and green backgrounds. For mehandi, expect lively colors and dreamcatchers. Proposals and bridal showers get heart-shaped arches, balloons, and candles - whatever sets the mood.
Your Ideas, My Touch
You’ve got a theme? I can create it. I’ve worked on peacock, Krishna, and betel leaf backdrops - basically, if you can imagine it, I’ll build it.
Details That Matter
Lighting is a big deal - chandeliers, fairy lights, custom neon. I also do cold fire pyros and fog if you want a dramatic entry. Selfie booths, decorated railings, and table centerpieces round off the look. If you’re hoping for something unique, just ask.
