Intimate Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package
Backdrop Setup
- Size: Standard 10ft (Width) x 8ft (Height) self-standing metal structure.
- Style Options: Bright satin drapes (Yellow/Orange) in pleats or an artificial green grass wall.
Floral & Props
- Flowers: Local Marigolds and Tuberoses used for truss hangings and side bouquets.
- Decor Items: 2 Brass Urlis for water/floating candles, traditional parrot hangings, and a 'Phoolon ki Holi' loose petal setup.
- Furniture: One 2-seater traditional Divan or Sankheda Bench with bolster pillows.
Logistics
- Includes city-limit transport, 3-4 hour setup time, and dismantling.
Grand Reception & Engagement Stage
Stage Design
- Dimensions: Covers standard stage widths of 30ft to 40ft.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered pastel fabric with fairy lights OR artificial boxwood panels with gold geometric frames.
- Floral Work: Overhead runner (approx. 40 running feet) mixing Roses, Carnations, and greens along the top edge.
Furniture & Lights
- Seating: Gold/White 'Maharaja' style couple sofa with two side chairs.
- Flooring: Fresh Red or Grey carpet (up to 400 sq. ft).
- Lighting: 8-12 LED PAR cans for backdrop color washing and 2 profile lights for the couple.
Entrance Zone
- Gate: Fabric or fiber entrance arch with matching floral bunches.
- Walkway: 6 decor pedestals with floral arrangements lining the aisle.
Traditional 4-Pillar Wedding Mandap
Mandap Structure
- Frame: 4-pillar square setup (10ft or 12ft) using carved fiber pillars (Gold or Wood finish).
- Roof: Dense floral grid canopy using Marigold strings and Tuberose tassels to create a full ceiling effect.
Ritual Essentials
- Inside: Fabric backdrop, 2 couple chairs, 2 parent chairs, and low wooden Patlas for the priest.
- Tradition: Two full-sized Banana trees tied to front pillars and Mango leaf torans.
Entrance & Pathway
- Gate: Traditional floral arch matching the Mandap flowers.
- Aisle: 6-8 heavy brass stands or fiber pillars with bouquets leading to the stage.
- Lighting: Bright functional floodlights ensuring visibility for rituals.
