Vibrant Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package
Stage Setup (10ft to 12ft Width)
- Truss based backdrop draped in vibrant fabric combinations like Yellow Pink, Orange Green, or Multi color Leheriya.
- Includes a central theme element like a printed tropical flex, floral rangoli pattern, or floral Ganesha motif.
- Heavy use of Marigold strings for hanging and outlining with tuberose or artificial green accents.
- Seating includes a decorated 2 seater sofa or a traditional Swing (Jhoola) with side floral bouquets.
- Red carpet or yellow fabric flooring for the stage area.
Entrance & Props
- Personalized easel welcome board printing.
- Fabric drape archway at the venue entry with marigold hangings.

Premium Reception & Engagement Stage
Main Stage Decor (20ft to 30ft Width)
- Backdrop choice: Shimmer Sequin Wall (Gold/Silver/Black), High density Artificial Floral Wall, or Geometric Fiber Panels.
- Floral border or hanging wisteria arranged along the top truss.
- 20ft to 24ft running floral arrangement along the stage front using fresh Roses, Carnations, and greens.
- Premium 3 seater VIP sofa in Gold, White, or Beige leatherette finish.
- White or red carpet covering the entire stage platform (up to 300 sq ft).
Lighting & Branding
- Hanging crystal chandeliers on the stage truss.
- 8 to 10 LED PAR cans and sharp beam lights for stage illumination.
- Custom Golden Acrylic or Neon Signage with Couple Initials mounted on the backdrop.
Entrance & Walkway
- 10ft x 10ft thematic entrance gate with floral pasting and draping.
- 6 to 8 decorative pedestals lining the aisle topped with floral bouquets.

Grand Traditional Wedding Mandap
Mandap Structure (12x12ft to 15x15ft)
- 4 to 6 Grand Fiber Cast pillars (Gold, Cream, or Wood finish) with intricate carvings.
- Fabric canopy ceiling adorned with hanging strings of fresh Tuberose (Rajnigandha) and Jasmine.
- Religious backdrop featuring a large Fiber Statue (Venkateswara or Ganesha) framed by a floral arch.
- Carpeted podium platform.
Floral & Ritual Elements
- Fresh Marigold, Rose, and Tuberose garlands wrapped around pillars.
- Dense floral borders pasted on the top frame of the Mandap.
- 4 to 6 Large Brass Lamps (Kuthu Vilakku) of 3ft to 5ft height.

About Wedding & Pre-Wedding Decoration
I create wedding and pre-wedding decorations for every ceremony, making sure each one gets its own vibe. You’ll see a mix of floral mandap designs, bold reception setups, and fun Haldi ceremony decoration in my work. I’m based out of Electronic City, Bangalore, and work both indoors and outdoors.
What I Do
- Mandap setups go from simple traditional looks with marigold and tuberose garlands to grand, palace-like structures. You want lotus motifs or deity statues? I’ve got you.
- Reception and engagement stages get all eyes on them - think custom wedding backdrops, metallic frames, and monogram initials for a personal touch.
- Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies are my jam. Loads of color, marigolds everywhere, and playful themed backdrops (even tropical prints if you’re feeling adventurous).
- I make entrances and walkways count. Personalized wedding entrance ideas include floral arches, canopied tunnels, and custom welcome boards.
How I Work
- I use fresh flowers, not just for garlands but full walls and table pieces.
- Fabric draping is key - bright, soft, whatever suits your mood.
- Custom structures, lighting (chandeliers, fairy lights, spotlights), and props like peacock statues or decorative pots are all part of the toolkit.
