Themed Birthday Ring & Panel Setup
Backdrop & Theme
- Framework: Choice of 6ft circular metal ring OR 6x6ft shimmer wall (Gold, Silver, or Black).
- Balloons: Organic garland using 300 to 500 standard metallic or pastel latex balloons.
- Cutouts: Custom printed Sunboard cutouts (2ft to 4ft height) matching the theme (e.g., Jungle, Space, Characters).
Props & Display
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (accordion paper or painted metal) for dessert display.
- Lighting: Neon "Happy Birthday" sign and one LED marquee age number (2.5ft).
- Cake Stand: One Gold or White stand on the central plinth.
Logistics
- Includes transport within city limits.
- Setup and breakdown by a 2 person team (approx. 3 hours).
Traditional Floral Ceremony Decor
Floral Backdrop
- Dimensions: 8ft x 8ft frame structure suitable for Seemantha or Naming ceremonies.
- Composition: Checkerboard or striped patterns using fresh Marigold strings, Chrysanthemums, and real Banana/Betel leaves.
- Base: Floral work pasted on artificial green mats or fabric drapes.
Stage Furniture
- Seating: Premium Gold/Silver throne chair or a traditional wooden swing.
- Flooring: 10x12ft Red carpet or artificial grass mat for the stage area.
Props & Ritual Items
- Brass Urli bowl with floating flowers.
- Traditional Gombe dolls and wooden/brass stools for fruit display.
- For Naming Ceremony: Includes fresh flower decoration on client cradle or provision of a decorated cradle.
Staffing
- On site floral artisans for tying and arrangement.
Grand Reception Stage Decor
Stage Structure
- Size: Covers standard banquet hall stage width of 20ft to 30ft.
- Draping: Gathered satin or poly silk fabric background in customizable colors (Pastels, White, Peach).
- Signage: Large acrylic or mirror finish couple monogram suspended on the backdrop.
Floral Arrangement
- Design: Large circular floral arch or wall panels.
- Mix: 70% high quality artificial flowers for volume, 30% fresh Roses/Orchids for front layers.
- Side Decor: Two matching floral pedestals flanking the seating area.
Furniture & Lighting
- Seating: Luxury 2 seater Sofa or Divan (Gold carved or Victorian style).
- Lights: 4 to 6 LED PAR cans for color washing and fairy light layers.
- Entrance: Standard easel welcome board with floral border.

What I Actually Do
- Weddings and engagements: You get fresh flower stage backdrops, elegant drapes, custom gold initials - all those little bits that make your day personal.
- Haldi & Mehendi: If you want Haldi function decoration ideas, I’m all about colour and fun - sunflower vibes, Ganesha cutouts, marigold garlands, and greenery walls.
- Traditional ceremonies: Baby showers, naming, half-saree functions - I can go full traditional with banana leaves and bells, or mix it up with pastel balloons and neon 'Oh Baby' signs.
- Birthdays: From kids birthday theme decoration (think Butterfly, Jungle, Boss Baby) to chic shimmer walls and marquee lights for grown-up parties.
The Utsav Touch
I keep a big mix of decor - floral walls, balloons in any shape, neon lights, shimmer backdrops, and personalized event signage (even in Kannada if you want). You can expect quick response, good ideas, and a genuine try at making you say, 'tumba chennagi maadidare' (did it very well).
Some parts can get stressful, especially when last-minute changes pop up or if the venue has odd rules. But I’m always honest about what’s possible and want your event to actually feel like yours.
