Standard Themed Balloon Decor
Backdrop & Structure
- Main Frame: 8ft x 8ft circular ring frame or square truss structure customized to theme.
- Background: Choice of high-quality flex print, artificial green grass wall, or shimmer sequin wall.
- Balloon Arch: Organic L-shape or semi-circle arrangement using 300 to 400 balloons.
- Balloon Quality: Premium mix of Metallic, Chrome (shiny), and Pastel matte finish balloons.
Props & Furniture
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical metal or fiber plinths in Gold, White, or theme colors.
- Themed Cutouts: 3 to 4 foam-board cutouts of characters (approx height 2ft to 3ft).
- Signage: LED Neon "Happy Birthday" or "Oh Baby" rental sign.
- Lighting: Marquee light-up numbers or LED focus lights for the backdrop.
Floor & Finish
- Flooring: Red or green carpet (8ft x 10ft) to define the stage area.
- Staff: 2 person team for onsite arrangement (3 to 4 hours setup time).
- Logistics: Includes delivery, setup, and dismantling.
Premium Floral Cradle Ceremony Decor
Stage & Backdrop
- Dimensions: 10ft to 12ft wide setup suitable for banquet stages.
- Draping: Dual-layer fabric backdrop using satin or taiwan silk in traditional colors like Gold, Cream, Pink, or Red.
- Floral Work: 10ft running top border of fresh flowers (Roses and Chrysanthemums) mixed with artificial fillers.
- Hangings: Side floral tassels or hanging ladi (strings) of Rajnigandha or Jasmine.
Cradle Decoration
- Cradle Rental: Choice of wooden traditional cradle or modern metal hanging swing (Thottilu).
- Floral Wrapping: Dense floral work on cradle ropes and chains with a bouquet on the top bar.
- Bedding: Soft silk mattress and bolster pillows included.
Props & Lighting
- Theme Props: Traditional cutouts (Krishna or Peacock) or a Welcome board on a wooden easel.
- Name Board: Laser-cut wooden or acrylic name board attached to the backdrop.
- Lighting: 2 to 4 LED Par cans for bright, warm stage illumination.
Traditional Coconut Leaf Entrance Pandal
Structure & Canopy
- Dimensions: Approx 10ft x 10ft to 12ft x 12ft covered canopy erected at the entrance.
- Material: Sturdy bamboo framework covered with hand-woven green coconut leaf mats.
- Craftsmanship: Intricate artistic weaving in diamond or check patterns by skilled artisans.
Floral & Traditional Elements
- Garlands: Thick Marigold garlands outlining the front facade and pillars.
- Valance: Hanging floral Toran with mango leaves and marigold balls.
- Pillars: 2 Main pillars wrapped in banana leaves or spiral floral garlands.
- Banana Plants: 2 Full-sized banana trees with fruit bunches tied to front pillars.
Lighting & Logistics
- Lighting: Serial focus lights (Warm White) to illuminate the structure.
- Setup: Requires 6 to 8 hours of onsite work for construction and weaving.

What I Believe
I don’t look for a ready-made beautiful spot. I prefer to take whatever space you have and turn it into something special. That’s how I handle every family celebration in Bengaluru, whether it’s a tiny home get-together or a big bash at a hall.
Birthday Setups
Birthdays are my jam. You can pick a theme, or I’ll suggest a few if you want. Think jungle, mermaid, butterfly, or anything your kiddo is crazy about. I do circular backdrops, balloon arches, cutouts, and those big light-up letters with names or numbers. Neon 'Happy Birthday' signs? Of course. You’ll see lots of these in my work.
Naming Ceremonies & Traditions
For thottilu (naming), I can go full-on traditional with fresh flowers and Krishna themes, or modern with angel wings and peacock designs. The cradle (thottilu) always gets extra attention - flowers or soft fabrics, whatever feels right.
Housewarmings (Gruha Pravesha)
Main door decoration is my thing. Expect garlands with marigold, rose, and lotus, and chapra (palm leaf arch) for a proper welcome. Inside, I add simple flower touches in the pooja room or along railings for that homely vibe.
Anniversaries & Milestones
Tell me your reason to celebrate - anniversaries, seemantham, half saree, anything. I can set up romantic candlelight corners, fairy lights, or bold backdrops for bigger moments. Every design is built for memories.
