Surprise Room Decor Setup
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling & Floor: 40 to 60 metallic or pastel balloons. Note: Ceiling balloons are air-filled and attached using removable double-sided tape to mimic a helium look.
- Foil Lettering: One 16-inch foil set (e.g., HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WELCOME, or I LOVE YOU) in Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold.
- Themed Foils: 2-4 shaped foil balloons (Hearts, Stars, Bottle) to match the occasion.
Ambiance & Add-ons
- Lighting: 2-3 LED fairy light strings draped on the headboard or wall.
- Ribbons: Curling ribbons hanging from ceiling balloons (approx. 1 meter drop).
- Floral Touch: 250g to 500g of rose petals scattered on the bed or creating a small floor pathway.
- Photo Upgrade (High-end only): Printing and hanging 10-15 small polaroid-style photos from the balloons.
Execution
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 45-60 minutes.
- Teardown: Items are mostly consumables and self-disposable by the client.
Circular Ring & Neon Backdrop
Backdrop Structure
- Frame: 6x6 ft or 7x7 ft circular iron ring stand (Gold or White finish).
- Balloon Work: Organic-style garland covering 50% to 70% of the ring using 250-300 Chrome, Metallic, and Pastel balloons.
- Signage: One rental Neon Light sign (Options: Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Better Together).
Stage Essentials
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (white or pastel) and one standard cake stand.
- Decor Accents: 2-3 bunches of artificial flowers/leaves integrated into the balloon arch.
- Floor Decor: 30-40 loose balloons scattered at the base.
- Lighting: One LED focus light to illuminate the backdrop.
Logistics
- Transport: Includes delivery, setup, and next-day collection of rental items (frame, neon, plinths).
Premium Shimmer Wall & Marquee Edition
Grand Backdrop
- Sequin Wall: 8 ft (W) x 8 ft (H) shimmer panel setup. Colors: Gold, Silver, Iridescent Blue, or Pink.
- Heavy Volume Balloons: Dense L-shape or inverted U-shape arrangement using 400+ premium balloons (Chrome/Confetti mix).
- Theme Integration: 2-3 large foam board cutouts mounted on the backdrop.
Illumination & Props
- Marquee Lights: Rental of up to 2 LED Marquee characters (e.g., numbers for age) approx. 2-3 ft height.
- Stage Furniture: 3 premium display plinths and one small seating prop (baby sofa or bench).
- Lighting: 2-3 PAR LED focus lights to maximize the shimmer effect.
Service Scope
- Manpower: Team of 3-4 decorators.
- Timing: Setup requires 3-4 hours. Teardown is performed strictly after the event concludes.
- Note: Cold Pyro/Entry fireworks are not included in this package.
