Indoor Engagement & Roka Setup
Stage & Backdrop
- Structure: Circular metallic arch or rectangular frame (10ft x 8ft) draped with flowy satin or georgette fabrics in pastel pinks, peach, or white.
- Florals: Mix of high quality artificial silk flowers for top arches and fresh local blooms (Roses, Carnations) for eye level arrangements.
- Lighting: LED PAR cans for color washing and fairy light strings intertwined with the backdrop.
Furniture & Props
- Seating: One premium 2 seater Victorian style sofa in white or gold finish.
- Decor: Two gold finish metal pedestals with floral bouquets placed on either side of the sofa.
- Signage: Customized welcome board on a wooden easel displaying couple's names.
Essentials
- Flooring: Standard red or beige carpet for the stage platform.
- Entrance: Minimalist draping or small floral bunches for the venue door.

Mandap Design
- Structure: 4 Pillar Mandap (approx 12ft x 12ft) styled with traditional carvings or floral wraps.
- Key Elements: Real full sized Banana plants tied to pillars, hanging brass bells, and fresh coconut bunches.
- Backdrop: Layered wall comprising of Jasmine strings, Marigold curtains, or a central spiritual motif.
Fresh Floral Work
- Flowers: 100% Fresh flowers used for the Mandap area, dominated by Jasmine (Mallige), Tuberose, and Lotus.
- Garlands: Includes 2 heavy Varmala garlands designed to match the couple's outfits.
Aisle & Entrance
- Walkway: Red carpet aisle lined with 6 to 8 rented traditional Brass Lamps (Kuthu Vilakku).
- Entrance: Traditional Thorana entrance using mango leaves and marigold strings.
- Furniture: Wooden chairs, Oonjal swing, and low wooden stools for rituals.

Grand Stage Fabrication
- Dimensions: Wide stage coverage (24ft to 30ft width) suitable for large halls.
