Room Surprise Balloon Decor
Core Elements
- Balloon Layout: 50 to 150 air filled latex balloons (Metallic or Pastel matte) arranged on the floor or taped to ceilings with ribbons.
- Foil Balloons: 1 Set of text balloons (16 inches height) and 2 to 4 shape balloons (Heart or Star).
Specifications
- Setup Time: Takes approximately 45 to 90 minutes.
- Inflation Method: Standard air filled balloons. Helium is generally not included in the base range.
- Add ons (Higher Range): Rose petal pathways, battery operated LED fairy lights, or paper bunting.
Kids Themed Flex & Balloon Decor
Backdrop & Stage
- Main Backdrop: 6x6 ft to 8x8 ft Printed Flex Banner mounted on a wooden frame with custom graphics (Boss Baby, Jungle, etc.).
- Balloon Arch: Standard semi arch or L shaped organic garland bordering the backdrop (approx. 200 to 300 balloons).
- Props: 3 to 4 Sunboard cutouts of characters (2ft to 3ft height) for the stage area.
Cake Area & Lighting
- Table Decor: Satin cloth draping with theme matching runner for the cake table.
- Lighting: 2 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop.
- Signage: Printed sunboard with the child's name and age.
Logistics
- Carpet: Standard red or green carpet for the stage area.
- Timing: Includes setup 2 hours prior to the event.
Traditional Marigold & Grid Decor
Backdrop Composition
- Structure: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft Wooden Checkerboard or Grid Backdrop.
- Floral Work: Dense arrangement of Marigold garlands (Base coverage using fabric flowers interspersed with fresh flower strings).
- Traditional Props: Hanging brass bells (or gold painted replicas), paper parrots, and floral hangings.
Seating & Essentials
- Seating Focus: Decoration of the cradle or main high back chair with a fresh jasmine and rose rim.
- Side Elements: 2 Traditional brass lamp stands (Kuthu Vilakku) or banana stems.
- Highlights: Fresh jasmine strings used for focal points near the seating area.
Standard Wedding Reception Stage
Stage Fabrication
- Backdrop: 20 ft to 30 ft width fabric draping (Jersey or Satin) in dual colors.
- Floral Arch: Semi circle or irregular arch with an artificial greenery base and fresh flower (Roses/Orchids) front layer.
- Furniture: One 2 seater Maharaja or Victorian style Sofa (Gold/Silver finish) and two side flower pedestals.
Lighting & Flooring
- Illumination: 4 to 6 LED Par cans for color washing and serial fairy lights behind drapes.
- Flooring: Clean Red or Beige carpet for the stage platform.
Entrance
- Arch: Standard matching floral or fabric arch at the hall entrance.
- Signage: Welcome board with the couple's name.
