For this outdoor reception, I designed an elegant stage featuring cascading crystal strings, grand chandeliers, and a lush base of white flowers and greenery, creating a magical ambiance under the open sky.
I transformed this naming ceremony venue into an enchanting paradise with a ceiling of pink blossoms, hanging lights, and walls painted like a blue sky, showing how a unique theme can be brought to life.

About this collection
I do not work with fixed design templates. Every project, whether it is a small home pooja or a 30ft reception stage, begins with assessing the floor space and the specific lighting needs of your venue. I prioritize structural integrity and fresh floral density to ensure the decor looks as good in person as it does in photos.
My approach to event decoration focuses on three core elements: structure, authentic materials, and lighting. When I design a space, I use high-quality trusses for support and layer fresh, seasonal flowers over artificial bases to maintain a thick, lush appearance without the fragility of all-fresh installations.
My Core Decoration Categories
- Traditional Temple & Mandaps: I build sacred spaces using fiber-casted pillars and authentic banana-leaf or jasmine-string canopies. These are designed to honor the rituals while providing a visually grounded, traditional backdrop.
- Grand Reception Stages: For these, I focus on the 'wow' factor. My stages feature heavy-duty truss frames, dense floral walls, and professional par-can lighting to ensure the couple stands out clearly in photographs.
- Traditional Entrances: I create 'chapra' canopies using hand-woven coconut leaves and marigold borders. This provides an authentic welcome for home-based ceremonies and festivals.
- Themed Pre-Wedding Events: For Haldi and Mehandi ceremonies, I use bright, bold marigold arrangements, traditional brass urlis, and floral rings to create a festive atmosphere that is also practical for photography.
Why I Focus on Details
Lighting is often an afterthought in events, but it is critical to my process. I incorporate profile spots to highlight the couple and ambient par cans to wash the venue in color. I also handle specific requests like cold fire pyrotechnics and fog machines for dramatic entries, provided the venue safety norms allow it.
